Project Overview

Richco delivered a technically layered contract for the City of Maple Ridge — a $3.27M sanitary and storm main replacement spanning 126 Avenue from 216 Street to Grace Street, and continuing north along Grace Street. Beyond the mainline replacements, the project included a culvert renewal at an unnamed tributary to the Alouette River — bringing DFO regulatory considerations, instream environmental protections, watermain rerouting, and landscaping restoration into the scope alongside the core utility work. The combination of urban road corridor utility replacement and live watercourse crossing work within a single contract reflects the breadth of civil capability Richco brings to complex municipal programs.
