Richco Contracting Ltd. was founded in 1989 in Surrey, British Columbia and has been providing quality construction services throughout the Lower Mainland for over 30 years.

What began as an owner/operator enterprise has grown into a multi-crew operation which has become an industry leader in civil construction services throughout the Fraser Valley. Our service offering ranges from Underground Utilities to Roadworks, Earthworks, In-Stream Works and Site Servicing.

City of Surrey / Phase 2: 105 Ave Connector & Feeder Water Main

Scope of work

Competed installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, D.I. water main, including stormwater diversion control structure, manholes, lawn basins, temporary drainage diversion, and milling and asphalt. Performed instream works and channel modifications including installation of rip rap, plantings and MSE walls.

Township of Langley / Sanitary Trunk Sewer Upgrades 201 Street

Scope of work

Completed installation of PVC sanitary main, PVC sanitary main, manholes & tie-ins, and permanent restoration of trenches including curbs, sidewalks, boulevards, roads & roundabout.

City of Surrey / Misc. Drainage & Instream Improvements

Scope of work

Completed storm & sanitary stormwater diversion including temporary drainage diversion of Cub Creek, channel modifications, and instream works. Installed riprap, plantings, and MSE walls for bank stabilization finished with milling and paving.

City of Surrey / Bolivar Creek Storm Chamber Replacement

Scope of work

Performed dewatering and flow diversion to intricately excavate and remove an
existing storm chamber. Completed installation and backfill of new cast-in-place concrete chamber, including site restoration and improvements.

City of Langley / 56th Avenue Road & Utility Project

Scope of work

Completed road widening and reconstruction, including removals, line painting, road drainage, sanitary sewer, and water main replacement. Reconstruction of curb, gutter, and sidewalk, with traffic signal installation and streetlighting.
